HOW WE CAN HELP

We have years of experience coming alongside patients and helping them with the following:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Feelings of Aloneness

We can utilize different models of therapy to ease these feelings as well as to treat disorders. Many times, it's important to first address the root of the experience along with understanding healthy methods of coping.

Many people desire help to rebuild one of the most foundational parts of their lives – their relationship with others and with themselves.

We can face aloneness issues and other human struggles head-on together. Remember, you are not alone! We can address key relationships in your life or your past as well as your hopes for future relationships.

We specialize in these models of therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

This is a kind of psychotherapy (talk therapy) that's fairly structured and focused on goals. It can help folks deal with mental health struggles like depression and anxiety, as well as emotional issues like handling grief or stress. CBT can even help with things like insomnia that aren't only about psychology. It's a common, well-researched approach built on a key concept that psychological issues can come from unhelpful ways of thinking as well as learned behaviors that don't do us any good but there is good news. People can learn better ways to manage their thoughts, which can ease symptoms and boost mental and emotional well-being.

Recovery-Oriented Therapy (CT-R)

Though closely connected to CBT, CT-R focuses more on identifying and attaining someone's aspirations in life rather than focusing primarily on reducing current symptoms or behaviors. CT-R aims to boost empowerment, recovery, and resilience. This strengths-based approach helps people tap into what they're good out, figure out meaningful goals, and get involved in activities that matter to them to create the life they want. Challenges are looked at in the context of what a person cares about and dreams of, making sure everything lines up with living a life that feels full of purpose.

Theo-Centric Therapy

This is a unique therapy that allows God to be at the center of the therapist and client relationship. This approach can help someone achieve a more fulfilling life through the deeply-held belief that they have a greater God-given potential in themselves.
